There are five of them in our city, and each - unique – tells its own story. The murals have not only become a part of Żywiec City landscape. We encourage you to walk in their footsteps. Above all, they are meant to inspire people to act together. They show, that cooperation you can achieve a lot. This is how the murals were created - thanks to the Żywiec City citizens.
The first mural you may find on Dworcowa Street. Previously, the wall there was almost scaring people. Today, it evokes smiles and admiration, and more and more people stop to take photos or selfie. The mural was created by local artist Mr Krzysztof Paciorek, it shows citozens during sporting activities. Skiing, cycling, kitesurfing and gym. It's all available at your fingertips!

Another mural you may see on block 14 on the Young estate. It is also visible from Piłsudskiego Avenue. It is the largest of  murals created in Żywiec. It present  the Żywiec couple, in traditional local costumes. They are looking at the world from a globe, which is covered with Żywiec tulle. This is a true symbolism of our city. The mural was created by artists from the Wallart group.
The third mural is located on the wall of Ogródek Club. It is full of colour, energetic, it reminds us that art unites and inspires creative action. Talented young people from Żywiec secondary and primary schools were invited to co-create the unusual mural together with the WallArt group. The work they created together is a beautiful testament to their creativity.
The next mural is located on the Kabaty housing estate. Its main message is again one of cooperation and involvement, because if it were not for this, many initiatives would not have taken place at all. It depicts the Zywiec community, united and committed to a common goal.
And finally, mural number five, the one on the wall of the  Grojec Amphitheatre. You can stand with your back to it and take a selfie with angel wings. It is a true symbol of courage and the will to achieve goals.
